What happens if I exceed the Playground traffic limit?

When the 5GB limit is exceeded, we can temporarily route traffic directly to your origin while maintaining DNS settings. We provide notifications before limits are reached and can move the application to Professional when production protection is needed.

What defines a medium-scale application?

Professional is designed around moderate production traffic: up to 500,000 monthly page views, up to 1TB monthly bandwidth, up to 30 million monthly requests, and standard threat complexity. Sustained traffic above those levels usually belongs in an Enterprise discussion.

What security features are included?

All plans include the core platform: application firewall, bot management, API protection, DDoS protection, account protection, performance optimisation, SSL/TLS management, and log evidence. Plan differences are usage, support, and managed-service depth.

Do you offer annual billing or volume discounts?

Yes. We support annual billing, multi-site discounts, agency partnerships, and custom Enterprise terms for larger deployments.
